A: First take the power out to your modem, leave it off for 20seconds and then reconnect it. If you still can’t connect call our support line.

Q: I can’t send/receive email
A: Check if you can access the internet, if you can’t then you won’t receive email. If you can, call our support line.

Q: How can I check my account usage?
A: Log onto https://www.webadmin.co.za with your user information that was supplied when you activated the account

Q: How do I get a free “mailzone” email address?
A: Log onto https://www.webadmin.co.za and create your email address, if you need assistance, call the support line.

Q: Can I check my email directly on the Internet?
A: Yes, you can. Go to the following link: http://www.mailzone.co.za

Q: Can I reset my password by myself?
A: Yes, you can. Log onto https://www.webadmin.co.za and change it there.

Q: What is included in the 384 Broadband package?
A: Included with the 384 Broadband package is ADSL line rental, 1 Gig of traffic and 3 mailboxes.

Q: Does the price of a 384 Broadband package include an ADSL modem?
A: Unfortunately not. An ADSL modem can be purchased from XDSL or your nearest computer store.

Q: Do I need a Telkom line for your broadband packages?
A: Yes, you do require a normal telephone line in order for XDSL to provide the broadband service.

Q: What happens if my 1 Gig account is capped? Can I purchase extra Gigs?
A: When you reach your cap, extra Gigs can be purchased at any time of the month.

Q: I have a prepaid Telkom line, can this line be converted to an ADSL line?
A: No, unfortunately ADSL cannot be installed on a prepaid line. Your line will have to be converted to a normal telephone line first.

Q: Can I get a 384K line with more than 1 Gig?
A: Yes, XDSL offers tailor-made packages that suit your needs. You can specify the amount of Gigs you require.

Q: What would my email address look like if I was to get one from XDSL?
A: It would be joesoap@mailzone.co.za You choose the prefix you would prefer.

Q: Will I be able to use Skype?
A: Yes, you will be able to use Skype.

Q: Do you offer support?
A: The XDSL support staff are available on weekdays from 06:30 AM to 22:00 PM and on weekends and public holidays from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM.

Q: Do you filter spam?
A: Yes, XDSL offers spam filtering as we know how annoying spammers can be!

Q: What about virus protection?
A: XDSL offers Virus protection for all emails sent and received on any domain hosted by XDSL.

Q: How do I pay?
A: All monthly subscription fees will be deducted by monthly debit order from your bank account.

Q: How can I check how much of my gig I have left?
A:XDSL customers can visit https://www.webadmin.co.za and check usage, add extra gigs, manage emails, etc.

Q: Is there someone available to assist me if I have problems in the evening?
A: Yes, there is. Our support staff are available from 6:30 AM until 22:00 PM on weekdays, and from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
